There are ways to approach others to be your mentor or you can discover an executive coach to assist you along in a personal way.
Dan, on the other hand, is ambivalent. He understands down deep that to be a reliable supervisory leader that he has a lot of work to do. Yet he is anxious of the commitment he should make to enter into this unidentified area. He is not yet comfy with having to develop a deeper understanding of himself.

Does the Bible provide a template of leadership for those serving in leadership capacities within the Body of Christ? Biblical leaders are often called upon to lead versus their own wills. Moses enters your mind, possibly even Jonah. Did the disciples that Jesus picked make an application for the task? Unlikely.
Contemporary management always puts focus on the truth that a leader needs to discover how to adjust their management style. It is not a lot about changing your management design but rather more of having the ability to effectively react to different situations. Understanding how and when to adjust in management has a big benefit. Severe transformations are not the thing in management. Leadership development finds its area and time for evolution and modification.
